Michael Damon, a founding partner, is a CPA registered in Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is a Principal of the Business Development team and leads DTC Financial Associates, LLC, the firm’s wealth management division. Michael develops strategies as investment advisor, financial coach and is a trusted advisor to our clients. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
John Topham, CPA, CVA
John Topham, a founding partner, is a CPA registered in Massachusetts, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Principal of the Business Development team. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. John is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has over 10 years experience in valuing privately held businesses in a number of different industries. He has been the financial editor for the “New England Movers Magazine” and has authored numerous other articles. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley College.
Nancy R. MacDonald, CPA, MST
Nancy MacDonald, is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Massachusetts and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. She previously served as a member of the State Tax Committee of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the board of directors of the Boston Chapter of the American Women's Society of Certified Public Accountants. Nancy is responsible for the review and preparation of required tax filings, as well as all research and compliance issues. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and graduated with distinction from the Bentley College program for Master of Science in Taxation.
Mark Diodati, CPA
Mark Diodati is an Audit Manager, responsible for managing projects, the budget and accounting staff. He will also oversee tax research, review tax returns and resolve complex tax and audit issues. Mark is a graduate of Thayer Academy High School. He attended Northeastern University for his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and also attended Northeastern for his MSA in Accounting. He is a Massachusetts Certified Public Accountant, a member of the MSCPA.
Nicole Fucillo
Nicole Fucillo is an Audit Senior, responsible for auditing financial, operational, Sarbanes-Oxley and fraud inventories. Additionally, develop and prepare risk assessments, audit plans as well as compliance plans for companies, define potential risks to the company's objectives, collects and analyzes complex data and also draws logical conclusions. Her experience includes engagements at Disability Management Services in Boston as well as the Boston Society of Architects in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State College.

Bernice Sahai, is a Staff Accountant, responsible for corporate and individual tax returns and the preparation of financial statements. Her experience includes tax analyst at Boston Capital and staff accountant at Better Business Services, Orlando. She holds a master’s degree in Accountancy from Stetson University, DeLand, FL.
Kimberly O. Boomhower
Kim Boomhower is the Office Manager overseeing office operations and billing. Her experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Abrams, Little-Gill, Loberfeld, PC and Gold & Goldberg, LLP both in Newton. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting from Northeastern University.
